Julianna Oliveira brings more than a decade of hospitality experience and a people-first mindset to her role as Hospitality Specialist at Artisan at Hudson. After spending 10 years in San Diego as a bar manager for a restaurant group—helping open three new locations and support operations across five restaurants—she was drawn to Artisan by the care and respect the team shows residents each day.

“Compassion is the core value that resonates with me the most,” Julianna says, and that belief shapes the way she builds relationships and creates positive experiences for others. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she double majored in Psychology and Political Science and minored in Statistics. She loves that her role lets her connect with every department across the community.

Outside of work, the multilingual lifelong learner enjoys thriller novels, fostering dogs, and finding any excuse to be near the water.
