Jon Cole brings a genuine passion for people to his role as Dining Room Manager at Artisan at Hudson. With nearly a decade of food service experience — including time as a district manager focused on exceeding guest satisfaction — Jon made the move to senior living and says he has loved every moment of it.

He oversees the wait staff while making the most of what he enjoys most: daily conversations with residents, hearing their stories, and working through any challenges they bring his way. Compassion is the value that resonates most deeply with Jon. "Without compassion, we are all just here," he shares. "Understanding and being compassionate to all around drives us to be better people and a stronger community."

Outside of work, Jon is a devoted sports fan — football first, Patriots always — and treasures time with his family.
