Nikki Rondeau brings 20+ years of experience and heartfelt dedication to her role as Memory Care Director. A graduate of Blackstone Valley Vocational High School, Nikki earned her Certified Nursing Assistant certification and later completed her Licensed Practical Nurse program. From early on, she knew her calling was in senior care.

Nikki has built a career grounded in compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of those she serves. She has a special passion for working with residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s and is driven by a desire to ensure that every individual feels seen, valued, and supported. Nikki focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that honors each resident’s journey.

Nikki and her husband, Roger, they have two children. She also shares her home with Summer, a loyal and spirited German Shepherd. Nikki enjoys spending time in Myrtle Beach shopping, bowling with friends and family, and relaxing with those closest to her.
