Michelle is a Massachusetts native, with 30 years of Nursing experience. Michelle has worked in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and in other Assisted Living Communities. Her passion has always been caring for others, particularly seniors. Michelle's philosophy is to treat all residents as she would want her parents treated. Her mission is to foster a caring and comfortable environment for all residents and staff, and she is especially interested in teaching and training staff, residents, and families.

Michelle's family includes husband, Paul, and her daughter, Gina, as well as Chow Weenie, Lucy. They enjoy family time, cooking, and traveling to tropical destinations all over the world.
