Jonathan Chalmers is a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management across both healthcare and hospitality industries. A proud Marlborough native, Jonathan brings a wealth of operational knowledge and leadership to his role.

Jonathan has served as Director of Facilities in both hospital settings and hotels, where he was responsible for overseeing safety, compliance, and the smooth operation of complex environments. In addition, he successfully owned and operated his own remodeling business for nine years and briefly owned a laundromat, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and versatility.

Jonathan is the proud father of two grown sons. Outside of work, he enjoys saltwater fishing, going to the gym with his sons, spending quality time with family, and escaping to tropical destinations whenever he can. Jonathan’s hands-on experience, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence make him a valued member of our team.
