Brian Newton brings strong experience in construction, maintenance operations, and customer service to his role as Facilities Director at The Artisan at Hudson. A lifelong resident of Clinton, Massachusetts, Brian previously owned Heritage Construction Company and later operated Newton Bindery, specializing in book restoration and custom binding.

He has held facilities leadership roles in senior living and higher education, including Benchmark Senior Living in Acton and Franklin Pierce University. Brian is also a longtime community volunteer, serving more than 40 years with the Boy Scouts of America.

In his free time, Brian enjoys family time, hiking, gardening, fishing, and carpentry. He holds an Unrestricted MA Construction Supervisor License and several safety and operations certifications. Brian is dedicated to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our Residents every day.
